SILENT CHAIN (Silent chain )
This series is precisely fabricated with higher grade of alloy materia EPT for engine timing application. With advanced stamping method on link plates and exclusive heat-treatment, it maximizes the contact area with sprocket and largely decreases chain stretch because of excellent friction and impact resistance. Of course, the running noise is drastically lowered at the same time. The integrated properties of EPT silent chain qualify itself as an ideal option for smooth engaging mechanism and minimum energy loss in power transmission.
STEEL FRONT SPROCKET
The raw material for the steel front sprocket is 20CrMnti.
Using professional gear hobbing and processing technology, to make the sprocket to be with high precision and standard gear, and with strictly quality control and exquisite packaging, to make our product meet the quality standard of motorcycle industry.
STEEL REAR SPROCKET
The raw material for the steel rear sprocket is C45.
Through the special forging process, to make the organization of the sprocket more precisely, we can make different sprockets acc. to customer’s different requirements.
ALUMINUM ALLOY WHEEL (sprocket for motorcycle race)
The raw material for the aluminum alloy wheel is 7075T6.
Its lightweight and durable characteristics attract the racer, especially for its unique and faddish appearance and practical design, meet more high standard customers’ requirements.
