Sprocket:
A Sprocket is a profiled wheel with teeth that meshes with a chain, track or EPT perforated or indented material. It is distinguished from a gear in that sprockets are never meshed to gether directly, and differs from a pulley in that sprockets have teeth and pulleys are smooth.

8187 or ANSI, from simplex,duplex to triplex.

3. Heat treatment: hardening and tempering, high frequency quenching, carburizing and quenching.

finish, burnishing, sand-blasting.
5. Inspection: all items are checked and tested thoroughly during every working procedure to make sure
